Semi-Private Training

Premium Training will help you reach your fitness goals 3 times faster than on your own. Whether your goals are weight loss, building muscle, toning and sculpting your body, endurance or sports-driven athletic purposes, Premium services will get you there with customized programs and one-on-one attention.


Young Athletes

Kids/Teens performance training is a highly valuable asset for high level sports teams and athletes. Helping our athletes gain the upper hand on teams. With our youth and high school performance training programs, athletes get the tools they need to improve strength, endurance, speed, power, and flexibility.


Functional Fitness

Join us for Power Hours and exercise your way to a healthy body and mind. Power Hour techniques build a strong body from which one can transition into more advanced stages, including a diversity of exercises and modifications to suit a range of difficulties, from beginner to advanced. Treat yourself today — you deserve it!


Efficiency Training

HIIT involves short bursts of intense exercise alternated with low-intensity recovery periods. Interestingly, it is perhaps the most time-efficient way to exercise. You can achieve more progress in a mere 15 minutes of interval training (done three times a week) than the person jogging on the treadmill for an hour. You got this!!



This is a 1-hour boxing class focused on the fundamentals of boxing and conditioning.  Basic punches, foot work and technique will be taught in this class, along with a conditioning portion to get you into fighter shape.



Develop your strength, stamina and conditioning.  In our camp classes we use tabata drills, interval drills, weight training, sprints and resistance training to get you into your best shape.
